The Carnac Stones are 3,000 megaliths (that’s3,000 huge stones) arranged upright, in perfect rows. For twelve kilometers. They are in Brittany, a peninsula in northwestern France, and no one knows who did it or why. I know Stonehenge is more famous, but wow, that’s really impressive for stone-age people to do, without things like cranes and any tool more advanced than a log and a chipped stone.
